Sonu Panda is the new CEO of Prescriptive Data, the firm that created the world’s first operating system for the built environment.

“We’re building ground-breaking technology for the real estate industry,” said Panda. “By helping real estate operators measure building performance, we’re helping them manage towards sustainability and are making smart buildings smarter, and more responsible as well.”

Prescriptive Data will continue its close relationship with Rudin Management Company. Panda will work closely with John Gilbert III, executive chairman of Prescriptive Data and Rudin’s chief operating officer.
