Sony Pictures Leases 225K-SF at Miracle Mile Campus

Onni Group has signed a long-term, multi-floor, 225,000-square-foot lease with Sony Pictures Entertainment at the firm’s Wilshire Courtyard office campus in the Miracle Mile neighborhood of Los Angeles. Sony Pictures is relocating select divisions from nearby Culver City to Miracle Mile, considered the cultural epicenter of LA.

Located at 5750 Wilshire Blvd, Wilshire Courtyard is comprised of two six-story, Class A office buildings, totaling 1 million square feet. Built in the late 1980’s and renovated in 2015, the campus is LEED Gold certified and is a five-time winner of BOMA’s TOBY Award. Wilshire Courtyard is home to several media and tech companies, and features tiered balconies for indoor/outdoor work, a fitness center, a golf simulator and a tenant lounge.

Cushman & Wakfield’s Josh Bernstein, Peter Collins, Scott Menkus and Alexa Delahooke represented Onni Group in the transaction, while Sony was represented by Savill’s Josh Gorin and Mike Catalano.
