Somerset Completes Lease-Up of Prebuilts at Bell Works New Jersey

Somerset Development said Tuesday its pre-built Ready-To-Wear designer office suites at Bell Works New Jersey in Holmdel, NJ are 100% leased. The Ready-To-Wear spaces, which comprise a total of 100,333 square-feet, feature custom designs that are immediately ready to occupy and offer flexible, short-term leasing options. 

Due to demand for the metroburb’s turnkey office suites, Somerset Development is in the midst of bringing an additional 6,884 square feet of office space to market, which will comprise five new Ready-To-Wear office suites. 

“Today’s milestone serves as a testament to both the ongoing magnetism of the metroburb, and the unbelievable demand from companies seeking beautiful, functional and flexible office space,” said Ralph Zucker, president of Somerset Development.
