The Soloviev Group's One United Nations Park overlooking the East River is now 50% sold, with $170 million in closings or signed contracts

Soloviev’s One United Nations Park Condos Reach 50% Sold 

The Soloviev Group’s One United Nations Park, a luxury residential tower in Midtown East at 695 First Ave., is now officially 50% sold. With more than $170 million in closed deals and signed contracts to date, One United Nations Park offers 148 condominium residences with immediate occupancy. 

“We are thrilled to have reached this exciting milestone,” said Tricia Hayes Cole, executive managing director at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. “Our first residents have moved into One United Nations Park and are now enjoying the building’s expansive suite of amenities and services as well as the exquisite day-to-night waterfront and skyline views.” 

Rising 43 stories above the East River, One United Nations Park was designed by Pritzker-prize winning design firm Meier Partners Architects. Notable homes recently sold at the building include Residence 28D, a four-bedroom home asking $6.5 million; and Residence 40H, a three-bedroom residence with private balcony asking $4.925 million.
