Soloviev Offers Furnished Luxury Rentals 

The Soloviev Group has introduced short-term rentals at its residences at 7 W 57th Street – The Rian. The fully furnished luxury apartments are available for durations ranging from 30 days to six months.  

The Rian features two-bedroom, full-floor homes with furnishings, custom bulthaup kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, marble bathrooms, a Lutron smart home system, electric blinds, and Miele washer/dryers. The boutique building provides a full-time doorman, virtual concierge service, adjacent garage parking, and dine-in delivery from Cucina 8½.  

Pricing starts at $25,000 per month. Lauren Weiner of Atlas Real Estate New York is the broker of the building. The Rian is located between the Plaza Hotel and The Aman Hotel on Billionaire’s Row.
