Soloviev Group’s Midtown Condo Signs $260M in Sales  

The Soloviev Group has announced that its residential tower, One United Nations Park at 695 First Avenue in Midtown East, is now 75% sold.  

With over $260 million in closed deals and signed contracts, the development offers 148 condominium residences. The building offers a range of amenities including a fitness center, indoor lap pool, sauna, steam room, resident lounge, and screening room. Residents also have access to BLADE’s air services for transportation needs.  

Prices for the remaining two- to four-bedroom residences start at $2.35 million, with a four-bedroom duplex available for $8.8 million.
