Soloviev Group Taps CBRE to Lease 9 W. 57th St. as It Undergoes Updates

The Soloviev Group has appointed CBRE as leasing agent for 9 W. 57th St., the distinctive 1.6-million-square-foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan that’s home to Apollo, Chanel and other leading corporations. The CBRE team will be led by Howard Fiddle, Robert Stillman, John Maher, Gregg Rothkin, Cara Chayet, Alex Leopold and Tara Rhodes.

“9 W. 57th St. is one of the premier office buildings in New York City and sits at the top among international business locations,” said Stefan Soloviev of The Soloviev Group. “In collaboration with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and adding to the grand legacy of this iconic office tower, we are in the later stages of updating this magnificent property.”

Updates include a complete lobby and elevator cab renovation, a new 27th floor conferencing and private dining facility with Central Park views, an 11,000-square-foot, full-service gym and the new Cucina 8 ½ reimagined by restauranteur Auguste Ceradini.
