Soloviev Adds Food and Beverage Amenities at 9 West 57th Street

Soloviev Group has forged a new collaboration with Kent Hospitality Group (KHG) to continue enhancing the suite of luxury amenities at its 9 West 57th Street office property. The new food and beverage amenities, available exclusively to tenants of the building and their guests, will include the Vista Restaurant and Bar and two upscale cafes.  These will join the previously opened fitness center and premium conference and event spaces managed by Arch Amenities Group.

In addition to Vista, KHG will operate two onsite cafes: The Park View Café, located on the 27th floor, and Café V, located in the building lobby near the 58th street entrance. Both locations will feature Black Fox coffee, fresh pastries, a juice bar, and a selection of grab-and-go meals for tenants and their guests.

Additionally, KHG will be opening a new restaurant in the Cucina 8 ½ space later in 2025.
