Software Firm Snags 125K SF at Beacon’s 800 N. Brand in Glendale
Beacon Capital Partners signed a 125,000-square-foot lease with ServiceTitan at 800 North Brand in Glendale, CA. The space will serve as a headquarters expansion for the provider of home service software.
Beacon Capital Partners’ Conan Cotrell says, “We are excited to welcome ServiceTitan to be part of the distinctive and engaging environment we are creating for our tenants at 800 North Brand.”
Located in Glendale’s CBD, the 21-story office building offers tenants panoramic views, close proximity to transportation, abundant on-site parking, and market-leading amenities that enhance the tenant experience. Beacon’s capital improvement plans at the LEED Gold Certified asset include significant enhancements and additions to the building’s interior and exterior space, creating a cutting-edge conference center, tenant lounge and café, outdoor roof deck, fitness center, and bike room.
