Software Firm Atlassian Signs Seattle Office Lease

Australia-based software maker Atlassian Corp. PLC has signed a lease and will be opening a Seattle office in the Bellevue area in February 2024.

The new office will be situated in the Skyline Tower in downtown Bellevue, just across Lake Washington from Seattle’s city center. The space will occupy one level and approximately 15,000 square feet. The Skyline Tower location was chosen for its close proximity to public transit, the ability to customize the space for collaboration and connection, and reputable on-site building management.

Atlassian’s “Team Anywhere” program allows employees to choose their own workplace, and the company continues to invest in offices. “We still believe our offices play a central role, and coming together should be for a purpose, on purpose. Our unique approach looks at metrics around cost, occupancy, and purpose to help us make smarter real estate decisions,” said Annie Dean, Atlassian’s Head of Team Anywhere.
