Software Developer Selects Tysons’s Valo Park for HQ
Appian selected Valo Park at 7950 Jones Branch Dr. in Tysons, VA as the new location for its 200,000-square-foot headquarters. The global innovator in enterprise and cloud-based low code software development platforms and business process management software firm will serve as the anchor tenant for Tamares’ newly redesigned multipurpose commercial office campus.
Tamares’ Poju Zabludowicz says, “We are honored that Appian has chosen Valo Park as its new headquarters, and has committed to bringing 600 new jobs to Northern Virginia.”
Designed by renowned architect Kohn Pedersen Fox, Valo Park is comprised of 785,000 square feet of trophy office space and tenant amenities including conference facilities, a 20,000 square foot fitness facility, sport courts and a 300-seat auditorium. The 16-acre campus encompasses a lake, jogging trails, gardens, outdoor picnic areas and world-class art installations.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Dale Powell and Paul Darr represented the tenant. CBRE’s Erik McLaughlin and Jeff Roman represented the landlord.
