Software Company Chooses Grapevine for Corporate Campus

Paycom Software Inc. will develop a new corporate campus on 14 acres in Grapevine, TX, near State Highway 121. The OK-based payroll and HR software company will be neighbors with Kubota, which relocated its North American headquarters to the same business park from California.

The City of Grapevine is offering $5 million in tax incentives to Paycom, which is consolidating operations from offices in Farmers Branch, Fort Worth, and Lewisville.

The new facility will eventually bring 1,000 jobs to the city.

“The City of Grapevine is pleased to welcome a firm like Paycom that is highly recognized for its product and revenue growth and service excellence,” said City of Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate.

Paycom, which does business in all 50 states, plans to begin construction on the new campus next year. It will move into its new building in 2020.
