Software Company Carbyne 911 Inks Downtown Lease 

Carbyne 911, a public safety technology company, has signed a lease for 5,702 square feet of space at 45 West 27th Street.  

Carbyne 911 will occupy the second floor of the 12-story building, using the space as its headquarters. The lease provides the company with move-in-ready office space and flexible lease terms.  

Grant Greenspan and Michael Heaner of Kaufman Organization represented the landlord, 45 West 27 Leasehold LLC. Will Landsberg of Kaufman Organization represented the tenant in this transaction. The asking rent was $73 per square foot.
