Sodl & Ingram Hires Hill and Rothenberg in Jacksonville

Sodl & Ingram, PLLC, a law firm that serves clients in commercial real estate, investment, financing and development, has hired Miriam Hill and Beth Rothenberg in the firm’s downtown Jacksonville office.

Hill is a corporate and real estate attorney who advises clients on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale agreements, corporate governance and public and private financing transactions. Prior to joining Sodl & Ingram, she operated a successful law practice based in Amelia Island. Rothenberg is a real estate attorney who focuses on environmental, health and safety law. She has extensive experience managing due diligence in complex real estate and corporate transactions and working closely with clients and consultants to minimize risks. Rothenberg joins Sodl & Ingram after serving as a partner in the Jacksonville offices of Holland & Knight and McGuireWoods.

“Commercial real estate in Northeast Florida has remained strong. We continue to see opportunities for our clients across the spectrum of commercial real estate, including medical development, single-family residential development and light industrial,” said Andrew M. Sodl, co-founder at the law firm. “Welcoming Miriam and Beth to our team brings added depth to the services we can provide to clients in need of environmental and transactional counsel, particularly in real estate development.”
