Social Solutions Signs for 40K SF at Braker Pointe II

Social Solutions signed a lease for 39,516 square feet at the 183,340-square-foot Braker Pointe II on Austin’s north side. The case management software company’s deal is comprised of 26,516 square feet it sublet in August 2017 from Accruent, and 13,000 square feet of expansion space.

Jon Aleshire of The Aleshire Company represented Social Solutions, and Bethany Perez, Ben Tolson and Bart Matheney with Aquila Commercial advised the landlord, Pacific Realty Associates LP of Portland, OR. The financial consideration of the deal was not released, with the quoted asking rate at $25 per square foot per month, triple net.

Braker Pointe I, II & III are at 10801 N. Mo-Pac Expwy.
