The nonprofit will occupy the entire eighth floor of the building, featuring offices, workstations, and collaborative spaces. The move is expected in the second quarter of 2024. The new headquarters will serve as a centralized hub for Rising Ground’s facilities and programs throughout the city.

OPEN Impact Real Estate LLC facilitated the transaction with a team led by Lindsay Ornstein, Stephen Powers, Arthur Skelskie, Alexander Smith, and Kendall Elliott. The building owner was represented by Shanae Ursini of ESRT and Robert Lowe and Ron Lo Russo of Cushman & Wakefield.
