Social Gaming Venue Slates Late 2025 Opening for West Hartford Location

Level99, an interactive social gaming venue with locations across New England, will open its newest outpost at First Washington Realty’s The Corbin Collection in West Hartford, CT, in late 2025. The Corbin Collection location will be Level99’s fourth location, following the planned opening of its third location at Tysons Corner in Virginia earlier next year. Additional locations are in the works for 2026.

The 43,000-square-foot Level99 complex at The Corbin Collection will accommodate up to 600 players in its gaming arena and 250 guests in its adjoining restaurant, Two Roads Kitchen and Tap. The company plans to hire around 100 positions to support the location.

Emily Gagliardi, SVP at First Washington Realty, said, “We look forward to welcoming Level99 to The Corbin Collection, as this dynamic entertainment venue is exactly the type of tenant we look to partner with to drive meaningful activation and engagement at our shopping centers.”
