SOCi Expands to Southwest Austin

SOCi, Inc., a San Diego-based technology company specializing in enterprise-level solutions for content discovery and social media marketing, leased nearly 2,000 square feet of office space in southwest Austin.

SOCi, Inc.’s Texas base will be housed in Barton Creek Plaza One, a 75,918-square-foot, Class A building situated at 3755 Capital of Texas Hwy.

AQUILA Commercial’s Brad Buckman, Jay Lamy and Max McDonald represented the company in lease negotiations, while Live Oak’s Jon Moscoe and Blake Walker represented the landlord.
