Cantor Fitzgerald recently acquired Boston Scientific’s neuromodulation division global headquarters at Southern California Innovation Park for $92 million. At $510 per square foot, the transaction set a new pricing record for Valencia.

Located at 25155 Rye Canyon Loop, the 180,415-square-foot two-story life science building was completed in 2006 as a build-to-suit for Boston Scientific. The 15-building office park set on 160 acres underwent significant tenant and landlord capital investments which included the addition of an innovation lab in 2017.

Newmark’s Kevin Shannon, Ken White, Rob Hannan and Laura Stumm represented the seller, a partnership between Oaktree Capital Management and Intertex Companies.
