Rails, a Los Angeles-based lifestyle and fashion brand, has opened its first Maryland retail store in Bethesda Row.

Known for its laid-back California aesthetic and elevated essentials, Rails brings a selection of women’s and men’s apparel to the upscale shopping district. Bethesda Row, located just seven miles north of Washington, DC, is Federal Realty’s mixed-use development that includes over 300,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and more than 140,000 square feet of office space. The residential component, known as Upstairs at Bethesda Row, is a five-story building featuring luxury apartments.

The Bethesda Rails location features the brand’s signature blends of luxury and casual wear. Rails continues its national retail expansion following recent openings in cities such as Boston, Austin, and Nashville.
