Soboba Replacement Casino and Resort Tops Out

C.W. Driver Companies “topped out” the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians’ replacement casino and hotel project rising on the Tribe’s reservation near San Jacinto, CA. The construction milestone was marked by the final beams being put in place, three all-white beams signed by Tribal Council members, Tribal Administration employees and Soboba Casino employees.

The 37.5-acre project features a 140,000-square-foot casino including 2,000 slot machines and 28 table games in addition to a six story, 200-room hotel. Also planned are restaurants, bars, a sports lounge, a high limit room and numerous indoor and outdoor amenities. Located at Lake Park Drive and Soboba Road, the new resort-casino will be located just a few miles from the current casino property that’s operated on tribal land since 1995.

Development commenced in March 2017 on the new facility. The Tribe’s goal is to open the casino and hotel by December 2018.
