Snell Properties Snags 270-Unit MF Community Near Nashville

Virginia-based investor and developer Snell Properties has acquired Retreat at Iron Horse, a resort-style multifamily community in Franklin, TN. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located in Williamson County at 1000 Iron Horse Lane, the community is spread across 20 acres of green space and was completed in 2019. The community consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with interiors that feature quartz countertops, patterned backsplashes, wood-style flooring, premium carpet and built-in desks.

Russ Oldham and Brett Kingman of CBRE in Nashville represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Embrey Partners has been retained to continue to manage the property.
