Snell Properties Announces Rebranding for 260-Unit Reston MF Acquisition

Arlington-based Snell Properties has announced the rebranding of Lincoln at Wiehle Station, a 260-unit multifamily community in Reston, VA. The firm acquired the property in December. The property will be rebranded to Russell at Reston Station.

Located at 11500 Commerce Park Drive, the property is nearby the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station and less than a 15-minute drive from Dulles International Airport. The building’s construction was completed at the end of 2019. Amenities at the community include a courtyard with pool and grilling stations, a large clubroom that walks out to the courtyard, fitness center with on-demand classes, a library and conference room along with a pet spa, package concierge system and bike room with repair station.

“For the new name, we were inspired by existing design elements at the property, which has a bold, contemporary, energetic feel with red pops of color,” said Peter Colarulli, Vice President at Snell Properties.  “The name ‘Russell’ taps into the community’s vibe, and we felt the full name ‘Russell at Reston Station’ is clear to the sense of place and catchy with its alliteration.”
