Sneaker Retailer Yankeekicks Inks Flagship Lease in NoHo

Miami-based sneaker retailer Yankeekicks has inked a long-term lease at 666 Broadway in NoHo. The 5,104-square-foot retail flagship space is leased from The Wings Group.

Yankeekicks, led by CEO and Founder Yaniv Bar, gained popularity among ‘sneakerheads’ for its rare sneaker collection and reselling business.

Newmark’s Ariel Schuster and Mitch Heifetz represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented Yankeekicks in the lease with a team of Michael Shalom and Joanne Podell. “We continue to witness strong demand across downtown Manhattan’s retail landscape, as evidenced by a slew of recent leasing activity with premier occupiers,” said Heifetz.
