Smith Joins CushWake as Tri-State Asset Services Lead

Kevin Smith (pictured) has joined Cushman & Wakefield as tri-state region lead, asset services. Based at the firm’s Midtown office, Smith will be responsible for growing the firm’s 54 million-square-foot tri-state asset services portfolio, with a focus on hiring talent.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Smith served as head of asset management for the office and industrial sector at TH Real Estate. He oversaw nearly 50 million square feet of diverse investments, including 21 Penn Plaza and 475 Fifth Ave. Prior to this role, Smith held several management positions at TIAA Global Real Estate Investments.

“Kevin has substantial experience sitting in the client seat, having formerly managed a $13-billion regional portfolio,” said John Santora, tri-state region president at Cushman & Wakefield, “His outstanding track record with one of the largest investment managers globally, combined with his demonstrated leadership skills, will bring our asset services business to the next level.”
