Smart Lease Deals Bring Marlborough’s Knowledge Park to 90% Occupancy
SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed 20,000 square feet of lease renewals and new deals at Knowledge Park, a three-building office park in Marlborough, MA. The CB Equities-owned, 161,000-square-foot complex is now at 90% occupancy.
*The Better Business Bureau will occupy 4,078 square feet on the first floor of Building 4.
*Lightelligence, an AI hardware company, will be moving into 3,768 square feet.
*Ellie Mental Health, which offers mental health services for all ages, has leased 2,732 square feet at Building 2.
*Solmetex, a medical equipment manufacturer and one of Knowledge Park’s largest tenants, has renewed its current lease and expanded its footprint to 11,609 square feet.

Knowledge Park is located on Route 20 directly off I-495.
