Smart Concierge Services from Related Companies and Hello Alfred

People who live at buildings owned and managed by the Related Companies will receive a suite of personal life-enhancing services, thanks to a new partnership with technology company Hello Alfred.

“When the best of technology and the best of human service come together, the result transcends the “smart” label: a home becomes intuitive, anticipating what you need inside the front door,” said Marcela Sapone, CEO of Hello Alfred (pictured, left, with co-founder and chief operating officer Jessica Beck).

These services include app-based grocery ordering and pantry and fridge stocking, dry cleaning and laundry pick-up and delivery right into the closet, and coordination and quality assuring of apartment cleaning — plus a whole series of custom services.
