SmallChange Expands with Five New Partners

SmallChange.co, a real estate crowdfunding platform, has expanded its team with five partners experienced in regulation crowdfunding. Led by Julian Anjorin, Derek King, Richard Rogers, Mitchell Skomra, and Jacob Walsh, the team brings diverse expertise in cybersecurity, historic preservation, urban planning, software engineering, and operations management.

Anjorin will oversee web development, King focuses on business development, Rogers handles issuer support, Skomra assists with web development, and Walsh manages financial operations. CEO Eve Picker sees their addition as pivotal in enhancing the platform’s offerings and supporting developers and investors.

The team is committed to democratizing real estate investment, aligning with Small Change’s mission. Their efforts have helped fund projects in 27 U.S. cities, including current offerings in D.C. and Alexandria, such as the King Henry project, reimagining surface parking lots with residential buildings and automated parking systems. (Photo: Eve Picker)
