Greenville to get Mixed use project called The Greenbelt

Small Town Greenville Going Large with The Greenbelt

Wildcatter Realty Partners has launched The Greenbelt, a 325-acre master-planned, mixed-use development in Greenville. It’s a town of about 25,000, 40 minutes NE of Dallas. Connected to the city but with plenty of room to grow, The Greenbelt, is situated just off Interstate Highway 30.

“When fully built out, The Greenbelt will include residential, commercial, cultural, institutional and entertainment destinations for everyone – all linked by hike and bike trails, a disc golf course, family-friendly parks, water features and natural wooded areas,” said Wildcatter Realty Partners’s Ted Murphy. “The first-of-its-kind development in Greenville, our plans are tethered to creating a unique space to relax, rediscover and reconnect.”

They expect groundbreaking for the first development to take place in the first quarter of 2023.
