JLL Capital Markets is working with the city of Litchfield Park to market seven acres in the middle of the town to form a city center. The city of 6,500 residents has invested heavily into infrastructure for area streets and utilities, along with several parking garages for visitors and residents.
Zoned for mixed-use and comprising seven lots, the area is surrounded by residential neighborhoods, luxury golf resorts, and eclectic locally owned shops and restaurants. The fast growing town of Goodyear is just to the south. JLL’s Brian Ackerman says the timing is right, “This site is primed for what will soon become the city of Litchfield Park’s expanded downtown central core. We look forward to working with developers that can broaden Litchfield Park’s visibility.”
