Small Business Buys a $3M Space in Tribeca at 68 Thomas St.
Studio 68 LLC paid $3.25 million to buy a retail condominium with 3,732 square feet of space at 68 Thomas St. in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. That works out to a price of $870.85 per square foot.
The transaction “speaks to the desire of businesses to own their work spaces. They see ownership as a way to gain flexibility and control over their income and future,” said Adelaide Polsinelli of Eastern Consolidated, who with Mitchell Goldstick represented the seller, 68 Thomas Street Associates LLC. Prime Manhattan Realty represented the buyer.
