SMA Solutions Inks Relocation Lease

SMA Solutions opted to relocate its headquarters, signing a new lease for 25,978 square feet at Gateway II in Houston. The tenant is a global provider of IT and business automation solutions, and its new office will be at 15333 JFK Blvd. in the metro’s North Belt submarket.

PMRG’s Wade Bowlin, Marci Phillips and Angelina Hsieh represented the landlord in the transaction. Gateway II is an eight-story, Class A office building on Houston’s far north side, which is managed and leased by PMRG.

“The full-floor concept provided SMA Solutions with private offices, large collaborative and creative workspaces, a training room and an employee recreation lounge,” Phillips noted. She added that the new space is also just minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
