S&M Moving Systems Snags 94K-SF Distribution Center

S&M Moving Systems acquired a 94,885-square-foot distribution center at 2021 E. Jones Ave. in Phoenix. The buyer paid seller Cohen Asset Management $7 million for the asset, which came online in 1989. Matt McDougall with Lee & Associates represented the seller; while Lee & Associates colleague Steve Farrell represented the buyer, which is one of the largest, full-service moving and storage companies in U.S.

The distribution building has 28’ to 32’ clear height, 20 exterior dock doors, and 1.5 acres of storage yard and trailer parking. The building is south of the Interstate 17-Interstate 10 freeway interchange, and close to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
