Slovenian Consulate Doubles Office Space at ATCO’s 630 Third Ave.

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Slovenia to the United Nations is doubling its presence at ATCO Properties & Management’s 630 Third Ave. in Midtown Manhattan, near United Nations headquarters. Currently occupying a full floor of 5,829 square feet, the consulate will lease a second floor of the same size beginning in January. 

“We are pleased to have the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Slovenia to the United Nations expand its presence at 630 Third Ave.,” said Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman, co-president, ATCO Properties & Management. “With a prime Midtown location and close proximity to the United Nations and Grand Central Terminal, 630 Third Ave/ positions the consulate to conveniently serve its constituents.”
