Slatt Capital Expands Orange County Mortgage Banking Team

Slatt Capital, a leading commercial mortgage banking firm, appointed Thomas Preston and Shannon Yarborough as commercial mortgage bankers in Slatt’s Orange County office.

As managing director, Preston brings 30-plus years of experience in commercial real estate capital advisory, most recently leading capital markets for NAI Capital Finance. He has arranged more than $2 billion in debt and equity assignments across diverse asset classes and will lead the efforts to expand Slatt’s Orange County presence.

Yarborough joins Preston as a VP focused on debt and capital advisory. Also most recently at NAI Capital Finance, she has more than two decades of experience spanning various capacities.

Michael Kaplan, president of Slatt Capital, said Preston and Yarborough’s expertise “will drive more investors to participate in the attractive financing solutions we provide. Both have deep connections within the CRE community and established relationships, which will be a significant asset to our team.”
