Slate Property Group Taps MNS to Lease Forest Hills Apartments

Slate Property Group selected MNS to oversee leasing and marketing for its latest development, The Yellowstone, located at 69-65 Yellowstone Blvd. in Forest Hills, Queens.

With leasing having recently launched, the 166-unit development will offer one- and two-bedroom luxury rentals ranging in size from 475 to 950 square feet with pricing starting at $3,300 per month.

“We are very excited to announce the launch of The Yellowstone,” said Martin Nussbaum, principal of Slate. “Perfectly located near Austin Street and easily accessible to anywhere in New York City, Yellowstone is a continuation of the luxury real estate that continues to rise in Queens.”
