SL Green Signs 104K SF of Leases at One Madison Avenue

SL Green Realty Corp. has secured three new tenants at One Madison Avenue, a new office tower in Midtown South. A financial services firm signed a 67,208-square-foot lease, Flutter Entertainment’s subsidiary leased 35,898 square feet, and ALIDORO, an Italian sandwich shop, leased 1,004 square feet. The building is now 63.6% leased with all tower floors leased up.

SL Green also revealed details of the building’s featured spaces. Le Jardin sur Madison, a 6,200-square-foot event space and rooftop garden, offers tenants a place to work or recharge and will host private parties and events in the evening. La Tête d’Or by Daniel, a new steakhouse by Chef Daniel Boulud, will feature a dining room, cocktail bar, and private dining options.

“We’re excited to welcome these new tenants to One Madison Avenue which is Midtown South’s most exciting new office development,” said Steven Durels, Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing and Real Property at SL Green. “Additionally, Le Jardin sur Madison and La Tête d’Or by Daniel are extraordinary additions to what will be an unparalleled combination of building amenities.”
