SL Green Inks Three New Leases at 461 Fifth Avenue 

SL Green Realty Corp. has achieved full occupancy at 461 Fifth Avenue in Midtown with the signing of three new office leases totaling 29,397 square feet. 

Lingotto (US) LLC, an investment management company, leased the entire 6th floor covering 11,232 square feet for a 10-year term, represented by Ron LoRusso, Harley Dalton and Samantha Perlman of Cushman & Wakefield. Certified Moving & Storage Co. LLC secured a 15-year lease for the entire 9th floor, totaling 11,232 square feet. The firm was represented by Robert Tunis and Sam Einhorn of Colliers International.  

Additionally, Centaur Fund Services US, Inc., an independent fund administrator, inked a 5-year lease for the entire 23rd floor spanning 6,933 square feet. The tenant was represented by Hugh McDonald and David Katz at CBRE. SL Green was represented by Newmark brokers Brian Waterman, Scott Klau, David Waterman, and Kevin Sullivan in all three deals.
