SL Green Inks 18,000-Square-Foot Lease in Midtown East

SL Green Realty has announced that Cohen Clair Lans Greifer & Simpson, a matrimonial law firm, has signed a 10-year lease for a 17,862-square-foot space on a portion of the 34th floor at 919 Third Avenue, Manhattan.

“The top-tier amenities and prime location at 919 Third Avenue allows us to maximize talent competition, workforce wellbeing, and accommodate our firm for sustained growth over the next decade,” said Shannon Rogers Simpson, Cohen Clair’s managing partner. The building recently added a new lobby with a European-style coffee bar and new elevator cabs.

Craig Reicher and James Ackerson of CBRE represented Cohen Clair, while Robert Alexander, Ryan Alexander, Emily Chabrier, Taylor Callaghan, Alex D’Amario, and Nicole Marshall of CBRE represented the landlord. The building is home to several notable tenants, including Bloomberg, Shulte Roth & Zabel LLP, and Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.
