SL Green Fills Two Floors at Tower 46

SL Green Realty Corp. has leased up two full floors at its recently-completed Tower 46 office tower, also known as 55 W. 46h St. TravelClick, which services the travel hospitality industry, has signed a 22,518-square-foot lease covering the entire 27th floor, while investment management firm Millburn Ridgefield Corporation has leased the entire 22,523-square-foot 31st floor. Both deals are for 10 years.

“The Midtown market continues to see strong interest in companies looking for high-quality Class A office space with easy access to public transportation,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s EVP and director of leasing and real property. “Given existing and prospective tenants’ continued preference for new construction, Tower 46 has enjoyed strong leasing velocity.”

CBRE’s Jason Gorman and Laurence Briody represented TravelClick on the transaction, and CBRE’s Scott Gottlieb represented Millburn Ridgefield. Their colleagues Peter Turchin, James Ackerson, Sam Seiler, Christie Harle and Cara Chayet represented the landlord.
