SL Green Brings Investment Platform 777 Partners to One Madison Ave.

SL Green Realty Corp. signed office leases totaling 343,186 square feet in Midtown South and Midtown during the early weeks of 2023. 

New leases include a 15-year lease with 777 Partners, an alternative investment platform, covering 18,476 square feet at One Madison Ave. 777 Partners was represented by Cresa’s Peter Sabesan and Gregg Cohen. The landlord was represented by JLL’s Paul Glickman, Alexander Chudnoff, Diana Biasotti and Benjamin Bass. 

TD Securities signed an 11-year expansion lease covering 25,171 square feet at 125 Park Ave., expanding its total occupancy within the SL Green portfolio to more than 247,000 square feet. Newmark’s Brian Waterman, David Falk, Peter Shimkin and Daniel Levine represented ownership. 

CBS Broadcasting signed a five-year renewal lease covering 186,882 square feet at 555 W. 57th St. CBS was represented by CBRE’s Scott Gottlieb, Andrew Sussman and Rocco Laginestra. 

Additionally, Greater New York Hospital Association signed a 10-year renewal lease covering 58,017 square feet at 555 W. 57th. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Kuriloff and Drew Baber.
