SkyWalker Property Enters Wichita Falls, Buys Call Center
SkyWalker Property Partners, operating under the name Wichita Calls, acquired a net-leased, 36,879-square-foot call center in Wichita Falls, TX. The Arlington, TX investor, making its first move into the North Central Texas region, acquired the center from Sandalwood Pacific LP, headquartered in Hawaii, for an undisclosed amount.
Gary Walker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW represented the buyer; Walker is also managing partner of SkyWalker’s investment funds. Logan Reichle of CBRE advised the seller.
The 3.9-acre asset at 2236 Airport Dr. began life in 1992 as a Food Lion grocery store, and was converted to a call center in the mid-2000s. The tenant is USA 800, which is headquartered in Kansas City, MO. The center is USA 800’s only one outside of the Midwest.
