Skyview Advisors Brokers Sale of 530-Unit Self-Storage Facility in Titusville

Tampa-based self-storage real estate firm Skyview Advisors has brokered the sale of Prestige Self Storage, a 530-unit self-storage facility in Titusville. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located at 4706 S. Washington Ave., the facility houses a total of 57,600 square feet of net rentable square feet and is situated on more than five acres. Zack Urow and Ryan Clark of SkyView Advisors represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.

“Yield producing deals, in secondary and tertiary markets, are generating a ton of interest from out of state private equity firms, as groups hunt for less risky, high occupancy investments during this challenging time.” said Urow.
