Skyview Advisors Brokers Sale of 12-Property Self-Storage Portfolio in New Hampshire

Skyview Advisors has arranged the sale of the 603 Self-Storage Portfolio, a 12-property self-storage portfolio located in New Hampshire. The sales price was not disclosed,

The portfolio houses a total of 325,914 net rentable square feet, and 2,453 total units. Richard Riddle, and Ryan Clark of Skyview Advisors represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed.

“We located a buyer that recognized the true value in the portfolio our clients spent many years and hard work to assemble, said Riddle. “The buyer was able to establish an immediate presence in a strong market and will be able to grow their brand significantly with this acquisition.”
