Skyline Technology Solutions, an IT company serving various sectors including government, education, and commercial industries, has expanded its presence at Aviation Business Park in Glen Burnie, Maryland.  

Located at 6956-6960 Aviation Boulevard, the firm signed two leases with St. John Properties, Inc., securing nearly 45,000 square feet of space. This includes renewing its 28,753 square foot office lease and signing a new 16,001 square foot flex/R&D lease within the same business park. Mike Roden of CBRE represented Skyline, while Lacey Johansson of St. John Properties represented the landlord.  

St. John Properties recently acquired Aviation Business Park and reconfigured one of the buildings into flex/R&D space. “It was always a long-term goal to consolidate our operations and bring our team closer together, and the conversion of 6958 Aviation Boulevard into a configuration that could support office, warehouse, and logistics space provided the perfect solution.” said Jason Ross, vice president of Corporate Services, Skyline Technology Solutions.
