Skyline Developers Breaks Ground on Midtown Rental Tower

Skyline Developers, led by the Wilf family, has initiated construction at 18 West 55th Street in Midtown.

This project will convert a vacant lot into a 26-story tower featuring 97 rental apartments and lifestyle amenities within its 152,000-square-foot space. The tower, designed by architect Morris Adjmi, is expected to be completed by 2025.

“It’s gratifying to see this project underway in one of New York’s most iconic and desirable neighborhoods,” said Orin Wilf, principal of Skyline Developers, the firm behind multifamily projects as ML House (1050 Avenue of the Americas) and 200 East 79th Street. “We’re looking forward to bringing forth the quality product Skyline Developers is recognized for delivering.”
