Skybridge is One of The Cooper’s Key Design Elements
Construction is complete on The Cooper, a $65 million five-story 390-unit community located in the Near Southside neighborhood in Fort Worth’s medical district. Lang Partners, a multifamily real estate development firm, selected KWA Construction to build The Cooper following the successful completion of phase one of The Monarch. The project was designed by GFF.
The development, located one block North of the cultural Magnolia Avenue corridor, encompasses two city blocks between West Rosedale and West Oleander streets connected via a skybridge over Washington Avenue. This location offers access to an assortment of dining and entertainment venues and is near one of the area’s key employment districts.
