Sky Zone Will Open Trampoline Park in Bergen Beach Warehouse

Sky Zone has signed a long-term prime lease for 52,100 square feet at single-story warehouse 2350 E. 69th St. in the Bergen Beach section of Brooklyn. The space will support a new Indoor Trampoline Park, said Ryan Nelson, managing principal of Turnbridge Equities, the landlord of the building. Sky Zone will take occupancy this summer.

“This lease underscores the growing and diversified demand for strategically located, urban industrial properties,” said Nelson. “We continue to see tremendous leasing demand both from traditional warehouse and distribution users, as well as from different sectors of New York City’s diversified economy that require warehouse use.”

2350 E. 69th is one of eight industrial assets owned by Turnbridge in the Tri-State area. Turnbridge acquired the property last year. It is currently leased to Match Point NYC, whose lease is expiring.

Sky Zone was represented by Josh Gosin and Jordan Gosin of Newmark. Turnbridge represented itself.
