Progressive Real Estate Partners has completed a lease with Sky Zone for a new 30,700-square-foot Sky Zone indoor entertainment park at Foothill Marketplace in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Sky Zone is part of the Sky Zone, DEFY and Rockin’ Jump brands that is the largest developer, operator and franchisor of indoor active entertainment parks in North America.

According to Sky Zone, the park gives children the freedom to run, jump and play on a fun mix of attractions including trampoline courts, zip lines, basketball/soccer air courts, dodgeball and wall climbing. Sky Zone is also a popular location for birthday, team and school parties.

Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Paul Galmarini and Paul Su represented the landlord in the lease transaction. “We’re excited to bring Sky Zone to the center and the community.
