Sky Management Buys 788K-SF of Connecticut Industrial Space
Sky Management Services bought three properties totaling 788,000 square feet of industrial space in Meriden and Cheshire, CT.
“The Portfolio is located at the midpoint of the Boston-NYC corridor, an ideal location for regional distribution, with building features that accommodate a variety of uses including E-commerce, light manufacturing and distribution,” said Brian Schulz of NKF Capital Markets. Schulz, along with Kevin Welsh, Jason Emrani, and Matt O’Hare represented the seller, a major financial institution, in the deal.
The portfolio includes:
– 160 Corporate Court, a 241,000-square-foot facility in Meriden, CT, that is 100% leased to Sports Direct, the largest UK Sports Retailer
– 550 Research Parkway, a 338,000-square-foot facility in Meriden, CT, that is 100% leased to Medline Industries and Fosdick Fulfillment
– 611-617 West Johnson Avenue, a four-building 209,000-square-foot industrial complex in Cheshire, CT, that is 52% leased to a diverse base of tenants
